Adrian Lim is an energy industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in offshore and onshore pipelines, subsea systems, asset integrity, inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR), fitness-for-service assessment, and decommissioning. He has held senior roles with Woodside Energy, Worley/Intecsea, ROSEN, Wood Group/JP Kenny, and Restore Subsea, delivering projects across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and the Java Sea.
Formerly Worley’s Global Managing Consultant – Subsea Integrity and Technical Authority for Pipelines at Woodside, Adrian is currently an independent technical and business consultant, trainer, and Engineering Director of Restore Subsea, where he leads qualification of an innovative new pipeline decommissioning technology.
He has contributed to key industry standards including AS 2885.3, DNV RP F116, DNV RP F101, and ISO 19345/22974, and serves on the boards of the Pipeline Technology Journal, Pipeline Technology Conference, and Rio Pipeline Conference. His training combines technical expertise, operational experience, and emerging technologies to deliver practical, industry-focused learning outcomes.
