Pushpendra Tomar

Pushpendra Tomar is a Principal Pipeline Integrity Engineer at T.D. Williamson, Inc., with over 17 years of experience supporting pipeline operators across the globe in the development, assessment, and execution of pipeline integrity and repair programs.

His background combines engineering analysis with hands-on field experience, including direct involvement in performing repairs, as well as supervising and managing pipeline integrity and repair activities in active pipeline operating conditions. He has a practical understanding of how repair decisions are made, implemented, and validated in the field.

His expertise spans in-line inspection, integrity consulting, repair program development, advanced field services, and metallurgical investigations, enabling a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on pipeline threat management and repair execution.

Throughout his career at Applus RTD, Kiefner & Associates, and Dynamic Risk, where he led the Risk & Reliability group. Pushpendra has worked closely with operators to address real-world repair challenges, balancing engineering requirements with regulatory, operational, and economic considerations.

He brings a practitioner-focused approach to training, emphasizing how repair strategies are applied in practice, including their limitations, applicability, and field execution realities.

Pushpendra also contributes to the industry through his involvement with the International Pipeline Conference (IPC), the Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI), and The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
